If you’re considered a candidate for surgical removal, your coordinator will provide you with a clear and honest quote for the consultation and optional same-day treatment.
You’ll attend clinic for a consultation with your colorectal surgeon, which includes an anoscopy to accurately diagnose the cause and nature of the skin tag(s). If appropriate, and you’re happy to proceed, the skin tag(s) can be removed on the same day under local anaesthetic.
