Yes. The aim of modern rhinoplasty is to create a balanced result that suits your face rather than an obvious “operated” appearance.
Initial changes are visible after surgery, but swelling gradually reduces over time. The final shape can continue refining for up to 12 months.
If structural issues are contributing to breathing difficulties, functional improvements may be possible. Your surgeon will assess this during consultation.
For closed rhinoplasty, there are no external scars. If an open approach is required, the small incision is discreetly placed beneath the nose and typically fades significantly.
