All haemorrhoid patients receive a free phone assessment with our consultant colorectal surgeon. This personalised call allows us to understand your symptoms, rule out similar conditions, and decide if Rafaelo treatment is right for you.
Your coordinator will provide a quote based on the consultant’s triage. You may proceed to a face to face consultation, with the option to have treatment on the same day.
You’ll be examined with an anoscope to fully understand the grade and extent of the haemorrhoids. If appropriate, the Rafaelo procedure (radiofrequency ablation) can be performed immediately.
A nurse from our team will follow up with you by phone. Most patients do not need an in-clinic review but one can be arranged if needed.
