Your journey starts with an enquiry. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Patient Coordinator who will guide you from start to finish.
You’ll submit photos and information for a free review by one of our surgeons. This allows us to confirm suitability for excision without needing an in-person appointment first. Some patients may also benefit from post-surgical steroid injections.
If your keloid is suitable for removal under local anaesthetic, we’ll send you a transparent quote to review.
You’ll attend the clinic for a same-day consultation and removal procedure. The surgeon will examine the keloid, then proceed with removal under local anaesthetic during the same visit.
We’ll bring you back for a follow-up nurse appointment to remove sutures (if applicable) and monitor your healing.
